Having helped our family through several cumbersome and emotionally taxing real estate transactions, we decided we want to give back and provide others with a stress free, painless process. Our mission is solely to help, whether that comes in the form of providing you some guidance on your next move with your property, or a referral to an industry professional that fits your needs, or to simply take a weight off your shoulders by providing you with an offer to purchase your property outright. We can provide you with the value you need with any of those things at no cost to you!
We specialize in providing solutions for all kinds of common problems such as troublesome tenants, inherited properties, divorce, bankruptcy, downsizing, and many more. About the Owners
We are Thomas and Emily Garnett, the owners of Virginia Property Consultants. We were both born and raised just outside the city limits of Richmond. We have stayed local and decided to make it our mission to provide a resource for troubled property owners and bring quality housing to the local market. We buy houses in any condition, whether it’s move-in ready, or needs just a little (..or a lot) of TLC!
